Terms of Service

By accessing and using InboxForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of InboxForge, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

InboxForge provides AI-powered email management services, including:

• Automatic email categorization and sorting
• Integration with cloud storage providers for file organization
• Tax document organization and preparation
• Notifications for urgent emails

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with 30 days notice.

To use InboxForge, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during signup
• Verify your email address via OTP
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

InboxForge uses a pay-per-use pricing model. Specific package details and offerings are subject to what you signed up for.

• Starter: Pay-per-use pricing (up to 100 emails/month)
• Professional: Pay-per-use pricing (up to 1,000 emails/month)
• Business: Pay-per-use pricing (unlimited emails)
• Enterprise: Custom pricing model tailored to your needs

First 50 emails are free on sign-up. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely. Purchased tokens or credits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your package agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Send spam or malicious content through our system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use scripts, bots, or automated tools to access or scrape data from the service without our written permission
• Exploit security vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access to any system

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

When you connect your email account, you authorize InboxForge to:

• Access emails including full content for processing and categorization
• Read email metadata (sender, subject, date, attachments)
• Access attachment content for categorization
• Create labels and organize emails
• Upload attachments to your connected cloud storage

We only access emails and files you explicitly authorize. We never store full email or file content permanently on our servers.

You can revoke access at any time through your email provider and cloud storage account settings, or by disconnecting the account in your InboxForge settings.

The service, including but not limited to the website, logos, trademarks, and AI algorithms, are owned by OpenProcess and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your emails and any content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your emails solely for providing the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI categorization will be 100% accurate
• Results will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be free from security vulnerabilities

You use the service at your own risk. We make no uptime commitments.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INBOXFORGE AND ITS PARENT COMPANY OPENPROCESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or any other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any actions taken by third parties using your account
• AI categorization errors or misfiled documents
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenProcess, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the service
• Any illegal or fraudulent activity using your account
• Any malicious activity traced to your account

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings.

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to pay for services rendered
• We detect malicious activity or security threats from your account
• We believe your use damages our systems or other users

Upon termination:

• Your account will be deactivated within 30 days
• Your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy
• Any pending payments remain your responsibility
• Purchased tokens or credits are forfeited

Refunds are only provided if explicitly stated in your signed-up package agreement.

Once tokens or credits have been purchased, they are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your package terms.

If you believe a refund is due under your package terms, contact us at inboxforge@openprocess.me.

If you encounter any abuse, security vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity, report it to us immediately at inboxforge@openprocess.me.

Include details such as:

• Description of the issue
• Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
• Any evidence or screenshots

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

InboxForge is committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. As a service operating within South Africa, we adhere to all applicable POPIA requirements for the handling of personal information.

We process personal information lawfully, for specific purposes, and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

We take security seriously and continuously monitor our systems for any suspicious activity.

If we detect any malicious attempt against our system, including but not limited to unauthorized access attempts, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any form of cyber attack, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend the offending account
• Report the incident to relevant authorities (including South African law enforcement and the Information Regulator)
• Pursue legal action for any damages caused

Users are fully subject to the laws of South Africa for any malicious activity or damages caused through use of our service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
